UNISA applications open on 18 August. Here’s some important advice for both new and returning applicants:
✅ When the system asks if you have access to a laptop, computer, tablet, smartphone, and data — make sure you tick YES. UNISA is an Open Distance e-Learning (ODEL) university, so students must have the right tools for online learning.
📌 Apply within the first hour on opening day.
📌 Pay your application fee on the same day.
📌 Contact UNISA immediately after paying so they can process your payment.
Doing all of this on 18 August gives you a much better chance of securing a space.
⚠️ Important: Having a Bachelor’s degree entry doesn’t automatically mean you qualify for a Bachelor’s degree program. Always check that you meet the specific requirements for the qualification you want.
