1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases made on 2cg.co.za are generally non-refundable once a service (such as an ad listing or promotion) has been delivered or activated.


2. Exceptions for Refunds

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • A technical error on our part that prevented your listing or ad from being published.

  • You were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Your content was removed or blocked in error by our moderation team within 24 hours of posting.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.


3. No Refunds for Violated Terms

Refunds will not be issued if your content was removed due to:

  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions

  • Misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate content

  • Abuse of the platform or misuse of features


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@2cg.co.za with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used on the site

  • Payment reference or screenshot

  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days.


5. Payment Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
