I witnessed a terrible scene — someone crashed their car trying to avoid hitting children.
A woman carrying a baby was splashed with water.
A homeless man, with no spare clothes, was drenched with water.
Elderly women were splashed too — these are our mothers, many of them already living with illnesses that can easily be worsened by fever.

If you have the means, get out of Ikasi.
